Kyō-cha takes its name from 京都 (Kyoto)—a place known not only for its history, but for the care and precision found in its tea-growing traditions. It’s where our matcha is grown, shade-cultivated, and stone-milled with intention.
We source directly, keeping the connection between land, leaf, and cup as clear as possible. For us, quality doesn’t need to be reinvented—it just needs to be handled well.
